Mapping Your Leadership Journey for Maximum Impact

A business executive or CEO, a softball coach, a CTE teacher, a coordinator, a parent… Whether you’re one of these things or all of these things, one thing remains true: You are a Leader. True leadership isn't a matter of having a certain job or title. In fact, being chosen for a position is only the first of the five levels every effective leader achieves.  

But where are you on your leadership journey, and where do you go from here? That question exists at the heart of so many leaders. Everyone wants to know where they stand and how to get to the next level. And you are probably no different!  We want to help leaders understand and increase their effectiveness. We hope you will join us in our upcoming session where we will offer some insight into the 5 Levels of Leadership to both see where you are, and as a reminder that you are still on your way as a leader—and so are we!
